📅 From april, 23 to 25, OSO®️, the Organic Prawn from Madagascar was at the Seafood of Barcelona !
👨🍳 A must-attend event for all seafood professionals, every year Seafood brings together thousands of suppliers, buyers, wholesalers and manufacturers with the same objectives: to promote seafood products and know-how worldwide!
This year, our OSO®️ brand was present on the booth E401, Hall 1 to showcase our OSO®️ Organic Prawn fromMadagascar in all their forms: whole, shelled, raw, frozen, cooked, as well as our OSO®️ Irish Salmon and our OSO®️ Gulf of Corinth Sea Bass, sublimated by our chef Arnaud Vanhamme.
Our new OSO®️ 🦐 Carpaccio of Prawn was in the spotlight over the 3 days, bringing a touch of freshness to our visitors throughout the show !
